CANCELLATION POLICY
Aura Skin Studio Cancellation Policy To respect both my time and other clients, I kindly ask that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: Your deposit is fully refundable or may be applied to a future appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: Your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows: Deposits are non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book future appointments. • Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client, but full service pricing will still apply.
